While every attempt is made to ensure accuracy in the pricing and functions of our online ordering system, any errors or malfunctions will be corrected by BuildBlock prior to your final acceptance of the order. Any MyBuildBlock errors or malfunctions will be superceded by corrections made by BuildBlock Building Systems. All prices subject to change. By using the MyBuildBlock Online Ordering System, you are agreeing to these terms.

MyBuildBlock is a convenient way for you to place an order request with BuildBlock. You are not committing to a purchase by submitting an order.
You are only committed to an order once you:- Receive a final order and freight total via email from BuildBlock
- follow the instructions to approve the order and amount
- and pay for the order
Here's How My BuildBlock Works:
You create an order by adding items to a shopping cart. The shopping cart can be saved for future reference or it can be ordered now. In order to save a shopping cart (or place an order) you must have your own MyBuildBlock account.
NOTE:
Saving a shopping cart does not guarantee the pricing. It simply saves the order for future use. Until the order is actually completed, pricing is not locked in.
Follow the instructions below to add items to your shopping cart. At any time you can view the contents and total of your cart by clicking on the Shopping Cart button in the left menu or at the bottom of any product page.
To save your shopping cart without placing an order, simply logout or close your browser window. To submit your order, follow the Submitting an Order instructions below.
Don't worry: Your order will not be submitted until you click the Submit Order button!

To log in, click here.
If you are a new or prospective customer, click on "Set up New Account" to create a login account for yourself. If you are an existing BuildBlock customer, you do not need to set up a new account. An account will be set up for you by BuildBlock and you will be given a username and password.
Click on “login.” Then enter your username and password. You will then be taken to your MyBuildBlock Home Page. This page contains your account information. The address on file can be your shipping address or your billing address, whichever you prefer. If any of the information is incorrect, click on “Edit” to update it. It is particularly important that your email address is accurate.
Under your account information you can see your current price level and how many truckloads you’ve purchased year to date. Below that is your order history.

ICFs
Begin shopping on the BuildBlock Forms page using the instructions below. These instructions are also found on that page.
- Input the number of forms you're requesting under Request #.
- Click on Add. The system will round up your order to the nearest bundle.
- IMPORTANT: Each time you add an item, you must click on Add to add it to your shopping cart.
- Click on How many of these will fit? to determine how many other forms will fit in the current truckload. If you exceed one truckload, you will be given the option to start filling a second truckload.
- After choosing your ICF items, click on the department buttons in the left menu to shop for tools and accessories or click on Shopping Cart to view the contents of your cart and proceed.
Accessories
BuildBlock offers a limited line of commonly used tools and accessories for your convenience. These items will be shipped to you on the truck along with your ICF order, saving you time and shipping costs. Accessory orders (except bracing) must accompany an ICF order.
- To shop for accessories simply click on the department button in left menu.
- Input the quantity desired and click Add to add an item to your shopping cart.
NOTE: Your ICF order may have to be slightly altered (upon your approval) to accommodate the shipping of large accessories.
Bracing
Bracing is the only accessory which can be (and in fact must be) ordered separately from an ICF order. Braces cannot be shipped along with an ICF order. Your bracing order will be drop-shipped to you directly from the bracing manufacturer. Shipping and handling charges apply.
Shopping Cart Tips
- To remove an item from your cart, click on Shopping Cart in the left menu or at the bottom of any product page. Then click Remove next to the product you want to remove from your cart.
- To proceed, click on Shopping Cart. Then click on the Next button to continue to shipping information. After getting a shipping estimate (if needed), you can choose to submit your order for processing.
- An item will remain in your shopping cart until you remove it or click on the Clear Cart button.
- You cannot start a new shopping cart without either clearing or processing the current cart.

Once you've placed all the items you want into your cart, click on Shopping Cart and review the contents. Then click on the Next button to proceed to shipping where you'll receive a freight estimate.
On the Shipping Information page, select your delivery option from the drop-down menu:
- Select "Customer Pick-Up" if you are arranging your own freight service.
- Or select "1" if there is a single delivery location.
- Or select "2" if there are two delivery locations. (See special instructions below.)
- Enter the appropriate addresses in the Shipping Location(s) fields.
- Enter any comments in the notes field.
- If you have a special offer code or a PO#, enter them in the appropriate fields.
- Enter your requested delivery date, if desired.
- Click on the Next button to proceed to the Submit Order page. The Submit Order page will contain your estimated freight costs.
NOTE: This is a computer-generated freight estimate. It is only an estimate. Your actual shipping will be more or less. Once you submit the order for processing, BuildBlock Logistics will work to get you the best freight quote possible. The actual freight cost will appear on the Order Acceptance & Payment page. This is not a binding order until you have seen and approved the actual freight costs.
Special Instructions for 2 Drop Orders:
- Use the drop-down box next to each item to assign that item to be dropped off at either location 1 or 2. If some of one item is being dropped off at each location, leave the drop-down box at "1" and enter the special drop off instructions in the Notes field.
- There is an additional $100 drop charge for 2 drop orders. This will be added to your total prior to your final approval.
- For orders requesting more than 2 drops, contact BuildBlock Logistics at 1-866-222-2575.

Click the Submit Order button to submit your order request to BuildBlock for processing. Once you submit the order for processing, BuildBlock Logistics will work to get you the best freight quote possible.
Here is an overview of the Order Request Process:- You submit an order request by clicking on the Submit Order button.
- You receive an email confirming your order request has been received and instructing you to watch for the Final Checkout - Response Required email.
- Within 24 hours of submission, you should receive an email with the subject line: “Final Checkout - Response Required”
- Follow the instructions in order to view the final order including actual freight costs and any taxes or other charges which may apply.
- After carefully reviewing the final order, enter payment information and click the Accept button to proceed to the order fulfillment process.
- You’ll receive an email confirming your payment has been received and that your order is being processed.
- You’ll receive another email when your order leaves the factory and is enroute to your shipping address.
